Consistent progress is easiest when you have consistent support, which makes it easy to avoid procrastination, excuses, and backing out on yourself.
With a coaching subscription, you’ll guarantee yourself regular, 1-on-1, video coaching sessions (~1/wk) and regular support in between sessions.
Support includes personalized…
- answers to questions
- reminders and accountability check-ins
- suggestions to resolve roadblocks
- demos, advice, and training
- emotional support, and more.
So you’ll keep progressing throughout the entire month, for as many months as you want.
Choose between UNLIMITED coaching time or a set amount of monthly coaching session time. The more you commit to yourself, the more time I commit to you.
You may book 15, 30, or 45-minute sessions (whichever best suits your needs at the time).
And don’t worry: minutes roll over month to month, so you won’t lose anything if you need to take a break.
We’ll work together to identify which of three “Brain Regions” holds you back the most. Then we’ll upgrade it by guiding you through specific training modules and lessons designed to enhance your abilities and rewire your brain.
We’ll reassess every ~6 weeks, which is the average module length. Depending on your needs, we may move to a different module within the same Brain Region, a module in a different Brain Region, or we may decide you’re ready to keep progressing on your own.
