Meet Your Brain Trainer

I’m Dr. Dan Lathen, a neuroscientist and educator who has studied how our brains work and trained others for over 10 years. I received my Neuroscience Ph.D. from the University of Utah researching addiction, which was difficult (ironically), since negative digital influences used to absolutely wreck my focus, memory, and sleep, as well as my time management and emotional health. I spent years figuring out how to apply what we know about the brain to recover and amplify my mental mastery. As far as I can tell, no other cause has so great of potential to transform personal lives and the world.

That’s why I’m building a movement of growth-minded people who want this epidemic of societal decay to stop. Stop, reset, rediscover our humanity and the things that bring us joy, and take back control of our minds. With professional workshops, community classes, 1:1 coaching, podcasts, blog posts, and conference presentations, I’ve empowered 600+ clinicians and helping professionals to reclaim and upgrade their mental power.
