Brain Evolution Package

Lock in your commitment with this package. You’ll get all of the support, guidance, and resources you need to complete your brain transformation, whether that takes 9 weeks or 9 months. I’ll be by your side, available not only for 1-on-1 video coaching sessions (~1/wk),  but also via email, text, or audio message any time you need me, be it for questions, advice, reminders, accountability check-ins, or just a listening ear.

We’ll work together to identify which of three “Brain Regions” holds you back the most. Then we’ll upgrade it by guiding you through specific training modules and lessons designed to enhance your abilities and rewire your brain.

Included in your package is an allotment of face-to-face coaching time, which generally covers ≥18 weeks. Since each module takes ~6 weeks, this is generally enough time to upgrade 3 parts of one Brain Region, or upgrade 1 part of all three Brain Regions, depending on your needs. You may book 15, 30, or 45-minute sessions (whichever best suits your needs at the time).
